Working alongside Kompas International Architects neat design produced a series of cgi views for a site in the Middle East. The resulting images reflected the design intent of this proposal which included for a mesh screening system which is illustrated in the project images.

Working alongside Smith Kennedy Architects neat design produced a series of marketing 3d photomontage views for the Proposed LIR Building. The images where well received by the client and are used through their print and electronic marketing campaign.

Working with OMP Architects and Stephen Diamond Associates, neat design produced a series of photomontage and cgi views of the proposed development in North Dublin for Butterly Business Park. The proposed development was lodged for planning early in 2010.

A series of promotional interior cgi images for proposed development in Greystones. Images are as part of a marketing campaign for the proposed development.

Working for Joe McSweeney Architects and The HSE neat design produced a series of 3d images for the proposed redeveloped entrance and waiting area for Letterkenny General Hospital. The 3d images where produced mainly for marketing reasons and show cased at a launch by Mary Robinson.

Located in Walkinstown, Dublin neat design produced a series of photomontage images and a shadow study document to accompany the architects planning application. The client received a successful application with a decision to grant the proposed development.

This prominent quay side development along the River Liffey and directly opposite Dublin City Council required extensive photomontage, cgi imagery and animated walkthroughs which covered planning, construction and marketing stages of the project. The building is to be completed in early 2009.

Working for DTA Architects neat design produced an animated walkthrough and a number of cgi stills for the then proposed Lighthouse Cinema. Client and architects alike used the walkthrough as a design tool and basis for the development of what is now an award winning piece of architecture
